I'm Kylie, a strategic product designer who crafts beauty through simple solutions. Previously a designer at Microsoft, I currently work to streamline clinical trial systems at OneStudyTeam aiming to deliver state-of-the-art medical treatments to patients faster.
Over my career I've worked on large scale algorithmic design systems, trust and safety advisory cohorts, and in visionary studios charting north star projects. I have a track record of managing dynamic, fast moving teams, conducting in-depth user research, and facilitating interdisciplinary workshops. Gravitate toward tackling hard problems, and I love shepherding teams to reach the best solution together.
When not at my day job, you can find me knitting while devouring sci-fi audiobooks, playing table-top-RPGs with friends, or chasing my toddlers as they tear up the park across the street.
