I’m Kylie, a strategic product designer who loves untangling complex systems and turning them into calm, intuitive experiences that people can trust. I currently design platform-level software at OneStudyTeam, where I help streamline clinical trial operations so life-saving treatments can reach patients faster. Previously, I worked at Microsoft across Bing and Edge, designing large-scale consumer platforms used by millions of people every day.
Throughout my career, I’ve led work spanning algorithmic and AI-assisted systems, trust and safety initiatives, and long-range “north star” explorations. I’m most energized by ambiguous, high-impact problems — the kind that require strong product judgment, deep user empathy, and close collaboration across disciplines. I care deeply about building software that reduces cognitive load, supports meaningful human work, and quietly holds up under real-world complexity.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me knitting while listening to an audiobook, playing tabletop RPGs with friends, or chasing my two young kids as they sprint across the park near our house.

Over my career I've worked on large scale algorithmic design systems, trust and safety advisory teams, and on visionary, north star projects. I have a track record of managing dynamic, fast moving teams, conducting in-depth user research, and facilitating interdisciplinary workshops. I like taking on hard problems, but I love shepherding teams to reach the best solution together.
When not at my day job, you can find me knitting while listening to sci-fi audiobooks, playing table-top-RPGs with friends, or chasing my daughters as they tear up the park across the street.
